2022 Q4 Lytho Creative Operations Report

Last year we set out to see how in-house creative teams were evolving and restructuring. We revealed that teams were facing key challenges including tight timelines, unclear or incomplete requests, and trouble keeping up with the volume of work. We also discovered that 3 out 4 teams were restructuring with efficiency being the main driver, with 37% of teams reporting that their ability to deliver work more rapidly was the top outcome.
