Meet the Presenters

Russ Somers, Chief Marketing Officer

After many years as a musician and bartender, Russ moved into marketing – first in product marketing for large companies like Dell and Dun & Bradstreet, and then building the marketing teams that led to successful exits for startups like Trendkite and Invodo. He has a BA and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Russ writes and records music in his spare time and collects and restores oddball and vintage guitars. He is currently in the process of helping his teenage kids launch into the world.

Stefanie Hausner, Implementation Consultant

Prior to joining Lytho, Stefanie was a Lytho admin for a marketing team of 30 at an investment management company. During her time there she was tasked with assessing and addressing the department’s struggle with on-time delivery of projects. Stefanie created a “Lytho Challenge” which increased the team’s on-time delivery rate by 88% in just two months. Stefanie is passionate about creating efficient processes to minimize frustrations by helping to implement new customers on Lytho’s Creative Operations Platform. When she is not spreading the #LythoLove working with customers, she is answering to her adorable 12-month-old boss. The ‘most terrifying joy’ for Stefanie is being a parent.
