Your data is stored and backed up across multiple data centers, Lytho runs on AWS (Amazon Web Services). AWS has highly secure data centers and all access to AWS is based on multi-factor access control. All your company data is stored and safeguarded by SSL encryption. Besides, this AWS has multiple security certificates like SOC2 and ISO27001 (see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/aws-technical-content/latest/aws-overview/security-and-compliance.html for more detailed information)
Authentication / authorisation
All users of your organisation need an account to use the Lytho system, we use a modern Authentication Provider solution that is based on a role-based permission structure and can be configured by an admin to give specific access to users in the organisation.
Besides configuring roles we are able to set custom permissions on a per user or group basis, and with our waiting room functionality turned on all assets that are uploaded by users first need to be approved before they become available within Lytho.
