Responsibilities

What you’ll do here

Pipeline & Prospecting

  • Self-source net new enterprise logos through outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and multi-channel outreach, leveraging Lytho’s AI BDRs, marketing programs, and executive relationships to accelerate without losing your personal edge.
  • Build and execute territory with a founder’s mindset, treating your book of business like your own company.

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Drive multi-threaded deals across buying committees from CMOs to Marketing Ops, IT to Procurement, adapting your approach for each persona and keeping momentum through complex procurement and legal cycles.
  • Apply MEDDICC and/or Sandler to qualify with rigor, forecast accurately, and close six-figure deals with confidence.

Storytelling & Executive Presence

  • Deliver tailored presentations and demos that connect Lytho’s platform to strategic outcomes, not just features, and build boardroom-ready business cases that quantify ROI.
  • Lead complex negotiations and maintain disciplined follow-up with mutual action plans and consistent executive alignment.

Domain Expertise & AI Fluency

  • Engage credibly with marketers, designers, brand leaders, and IT and Marketing Operations stakeholders by speaking their language and understanding their day-to-day challenges.
  • Champion AI as a strategic differentiator, articulating how Lytho’s AI-powered capabilities transform content operations and drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

Enterprise Sales Track Record

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 to 4 years closing enterprise deals (1,000+ employee organizations); demonstrated ability to close six-figure and above deals with 6 to 12+ month cycles.
  • A proven hunter who builds their own pipeline, not just works inbound, with deep expertise in MEDDICC, Sandler, Challenger, or similar enterprise methodologies.

Deal Complexity & Negotiation

  • Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees, including Procurement, Legal, IT Security, and Finance, through complex MSAs and enterprise SLAs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and disciplined deal management: mutual action plans, executive alignment, and airtight pipeline hygiene.

Domain & Buyer Knowledge

  • Domain experience in the Lytho space is highly preferred: creative operations, DAM, brand management, MRM, or adjacent SaaS categories.
  • Proven ability to sell into and credibly engage marketing, creative, brand, and IT and Marketing Operations teams, from hands-on practitioners to the C-suite.

AI Fluency & Owner’s Mentality

  • Genuine working knowledge of AI tools in your daily sales workflow, and the ability to articulate Lytho’s AI value to sophisticated enterprise buyers.
  • Thrives with autonomy and accountability in a startup-like environment. You build, you own, you grow.

Currently, we are not hiring candidates who reside and work from outside of the United States as well as OH, WA, CA, NH, HI, CT and Chicago, IL, due to legal and business registration reasons.
