How Are TBJ’s 2023 Best Places to Work Awards Decided?

TBJ’s Best Places to Work Awards are decided through an annual employee survey process in collaboration with Quantum Workplace. Once nominated, a company has to meet a threshold in employee participation to be eligible to win. That is a percentage relevant to the size of the company. TBJ announces its 50 winners in batches of 10.

The composition of this year’s class of winners reflects names familiar to TBJ’s Best Places to Work universe and introduces some newcomers to the list. The winners cover a myriad of industries, including technology, construction, life sciences, professional services, manufacturing and finance.
