THE CHALLENGE
As a popular high-quality pivot door solutions creator with four product lines, FritsJurgens works with up to 400 distributors, dealers, and other partners throughout the world at any given time. They found that separately sharing images and videos with each of those partners on a case-by-case basis could be both time consuming and tedious.
THE SOLUTION
In 2020, FritsJurgens turned to Lytho for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution. The company also likes being able to track how many unique users download an asset to better understand how dealers and partners engage with the assets.
Lytho has also become a great self-service tool when working with distributors in other countries in different time zones. “They don’t have to wait several hours to get materials from me when they need it. They can do it directly – and that’s a big plus for having Lytho,” Ekaterina said. “I think it would take 10 times more time to share the asset without Lytho.”
