For Creative and Marketing leaders, proving the value of creative work goes far beyond just reporting. It’s about having real-time visibility into where workflows break down, and how content impacts business outcomes — all while maintaining brand standards and minimizing compliance risks.

In this panel, you’ll hear how teams are using creative analytics and dashboards, like Lytho Insights, our suite of creative analytics dashboards, to track performance across content and creative projects and production, uncover operational bottlenecks, and align more closely with legal, brand, and executive stakeholders.

Meet The Panelists

Holly Seher, Creative Director, MilliporeSigma

I am a Creative Director for the internal Creative Services team of MilliporeSigma and have been addressing an ever-changing spectrum of design and brand challenges for nearly 20 years. My work is not only to activate campaigns by bringing creative visions and messages to life. It is also to guide my colleagues through brand complexity so they can make informed decisions, think creatively on their own, and equally participate in the creative process.

In the fast-paced life science creative arena, I help manage expectations with stakeholders, put effort where it’s needed, and make the most out of my team’s skills and attributes. My way is to always be looking forward, staying relevant, and adjusting to changes in technology, industry, and business dynamics.

Day-to-day I work with multi-media designers and the many other specialists that drive our business forward. Above all my goal is to help my fellow communicators by sharing knowledge and strategy that will enhance their work in a practical way.
